Birmingham AL has new restrictive food vendor ordinances
« on: December 22, 2013, 05:37:45 AM »
The City of Birmingham, AL in Jefferson county which is famed for corrupt government and bankruptcy now has new restrictive food vendor ordinances. The new ordinance is "pay to play" politics as usual with food vendors now paying the bill for yet another "discretionary fund". This new ordinance will hurt many of my fellow vendors who work the late night bar scene.

Scum sucking pigs!  Crony Capitalism at work.  This violates the Constitution and right to work laws.  You'd think the city attorney would have cracked a book and looked at case precedence first.
